Francisco Faraco is the Founder and CEO of Faraco Partners, LLC, a New York–based wealth management firm serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutions across the United States and Latin America. A CFA charterholder with extensive buy-side and sell-side experience, he designs quantitative, cross-asset investment strategies that integrate macroeconomic insight with rigorous security analysis and portfolio construction.
Before launching Faraco Partners in 2017, Mr. Faraco held Executive Director roles at Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan, where he advised UHNWI, corporations, and family offices in Mexico, Central and South America, and the Caribbean on asset allocation, risk management, and execution across global markets. He began his career at Eurobanco in Venezuela as a sales trader focused on local-currency and U.S. dollar funding, repo markets, and emerging-market fixed income.
Mr. Faraco holds an MS in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago, an MA in Economics from American University in Washington, DC, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela. Active in the professional community, he is a longtime member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the CFA Institute and has passed the NFA Series 3, FINRA Series 7, and NASAA law examinations.
Deeply connected to his alma mater, he mentors graduate students through the Industry Professionals in Residence program and serves as a Teaching Assistant and Executive Advisory Council member for the University of Chicago’s Physical Sciences Division. A native Spanish speaker, he also has working proficiency in Portuguese.
